The Florence Community Library is traveling to ‘Africa’ this last week of the Summer Reading Program. The library is closed on Monday, July 4th.

Monday: The library is closed in observance of Independence Day.

Tuesday: Teens (13 yrs. and older) can come in to the library at 2:00pm to master the Wii; XBOX360 and Guitar Hero.

Wednesday: Family Storytime at 10:00am. Families are invited to join Ms. Rita as she reads ‘Lola Loves Stories’. A craft, snack and drink are offered.

Thursday: Our final craft will be an African Paper Mask.

Friday: “Finale Pool Party” from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Join us for prizes, snacks, drinks and more.

Adults can have fun with summer reading, too! You can receive an entry for weekly prize drawings for each book you read. Win additional prizes by writing book reviews to be posted inside the library!
