Honorable Barbara Brown has been a resident of Florence, Arizona, for 20 years. Most of her working years were spent in the medical and dental field. She also was a licensed E.M.T (emergency medical technician) with a volunteer fire department in Oregon. Since retiring, Mrs. Brown has spent much of her time volunteering for the community.

A Leadership Academy Graduate, Mrs. Brown has served 2 years on the Industrial Development Authority. She is currently a member of Pinal Partnership, Council Liaison for Florence Chamber of Commerce, Florence Industrial Development Authority, Florence Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, Pinal County Board of Health, and is backup Liaison for Central Arizona Associaton of Governments and Gateway Northern Pinal Area Alliance.   

Mrs. Brown's hobby is counted cross-stitch.
