Elementary-aged children have another option other than sitting around the house during the Fall Intersession. Florence Parks and Recreation Department has organized a Fall Fun program, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. during the break, which runs from October 3 to October 14, 2016.

Children can participate in various activities from physical pursuits to art and crafts, games and in-town field trips. The program will be held at the Florence K-8 School located at 225 S. Orlando Street and in Anthem at the K-8 School located at 2700 N. Anthem Way.

Each day is a new adventure filled with fun and excitement. Fall Fun is available to children in kindergarten through the sixth grade.

The registration fee may be paid at the Library and Community Center, 778 N. Main Street, the Florence Fitness Center at 133 N. Main Street or online at www.florenceaz.gov/parks prior to attending Fall Fun.
