NOTICE OF INTENT TO INCREASE DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor and Council of the Town of Florence will hold a Work Session to Review the proposed Development Impact Fees of the Town of Florence on March 18, 2019 at 5:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers located at 775 N. Main Street, Florence.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor and Council of the Town of Florence will hold a public hearing on March 18, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 775 N. Main Street, Florence, Arizona, at which time and place all interested persons will have an opportunity to appear and be heard in relation to the following: Development (Impact) Fee Program Update and Increase.
Notice of Intent to Consider Adoption of a Development (Impact) Fee Ordinance, Increasing the Development Impact Fees for Parks and Recreation Infrastructure, Police Facilities, Fire Facilities, Streets Facilities, Water Facilities, and Wastewater Facilities. The Ordinance will be considered for Action at the May 6, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 775 N. Main Street, Florence.
In conjunction with the update of the Town’s Development (Impact) Fee Program, the Mayor and Council will consider adoption of a Development (Impact) Fee Ordinance in compliance with Arizona Revised Statutes (ARS Section 9-463.05, as amended). The fees are based on the Land Use Assumptions Report (“Report”) that was recently adopted on January 7, 2019 and is available on the Town website (florenceaz.gov).
