Honorable Vicki Kilvinger, retired, has been a resident of Florence for 25 years. She served on the Florence Town Council from 1990 to 1996 and from 2004-2008. Ms. Kilvinger was elected Mayor in 2008. As a member of the Council, Ms. Kilvinger has served as a liaison to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and the Industrial Development Authority.

As Mayor, Ms. Kilvinger will keep all members of Council fully informed on all matters in which Town and staff are involved, make our system more open and inclusive, and generate input and enthusiasm through our Town, work only and exclusively for the citizens as a whole and facilitate the opening and success of new businesses as we encourage our present merchants in their endeavors.
