The Town of Florence is committed to developing and implementing a Strategic Plan for Council and staff that reflects the community’s values and priorities. When fully-developed, this document will clarify where the Town is today, where the community wants to be in the future and how to get there. This document will serve as a companion to the General Plan and other documents in aiding Council members and staff in determining where to spend time and resources, which will increase productivity and move the development of the Town in a purposeful manner. Your opinions and perceptions will guide the Council and staff in determining future focus areas and strategic goals for the Council.
