Are you in need of a good stretch and to enjoy the benefits of working the various muscles of the body? Then come join the Stretch it Out exercise class offered by the Florence Parks and Recreation Department. Stretching can help prevent injuries, relieve tension and improve alignment.

A major benefit of correct, consistent stretching includes improved flexibility of all major muscle groups. Overall health is improved along with performance in any activity or sport. Stretching will be accomplished through summer classes of static and yoga stretches.

Held at the Florence Fitness Center, the class is free to anyone 16 years of age and older. The class is held every Friday during the months of June, July, and August from 5:15 pm to 6:00 pm at 133 N. Main Street

No registration is required as this is a first-come, first-served class. However, there is a 15 person limit and interested individuals are advised to arrive early as classes fill up fast!
