Town Manager’s Office

The Town Manager’s Office provides centralized direction and leadership for the effective administration and operations of all municipal services for the Town of Florence, as directed by the Town Council, and serves as the focal point for the management of the Town staff and departments.

The Town Manager’s Office prepares and submits to the Town Council a balanced plan of municipal services in accordance with the policy goals and objectives established by the Town Council.  the office employs such managerial techniques as needed to assure efficient and effective utilization of the Town’s resources.
