The “Rent-A-Truck” Program greatly assists residents who currently have sanitation service with the Town of Florence.  This program allows our citizens to rent a brush or dump truck for the weekend in which they are able to dispose of their “treasures”.  The rate is $30.00 for residents and $60.00 for businesses.  The department absorbs the difference of the landfill fees within the budget established for the division.  This helps with beautification of the Town as well.
