Suppose you’re looking for options to enjoy the outdoors. In that case, no place is better than Arizona in the winter, and Florence has you covered with over 500 acres of great parks where you can exercise, play, or enjoy a stroll.

The Community Services Department has put together lists of Facilities that are open and programming/services available that may require registration.

Open Facilities:

  • Heritage Park
  • Main Street Park
  • Padilla Park
  • Central Bark (Dog) Park
  • Poston Butte
  • Arriola Square
  • Tennis and Pickleball Courts

Open Programs/Services:

  • Library Curbside Pick-up – Monday through Friday from 9AM to 12PM and 1PM to 4PM

  • Library Holiday Picture Book Grab Bags
  • Senior Center Meal Program – Call (520) 868-7622 for details

The following facilities and programs are not currently open or available:

  • Library/Community Center
  • Senior Center
  • Fitness Center
  • Aquatic Center (closed for the season)
  • All Facility Reservations (Ramadas and Meeting Rooms)
