Data Center Facility Advisory ADHOC Committee

This committee serves in an advisory capacity to:

• Research and evaluate the potential environmental, infrastructure, land use, public service, socioeconomic, and economic development impacts of data centers.
• Identify potential benefits, concerns, risks, and mitigation measures.
• Provide fact-based findings and recommendations to the Planning and Zoning Commission and/or Town Council for potential consideration

The committee does not have the authority to approve, deny or negotiate any project or otherwise act on behalf of the Town Council or Planning and Zoning Commission.
