Make a Difference Day

Florence residents, the Town of Florence Community Services is currently recruiting volunteers, organizations, and project ideas for Make A Difference Day 2024 , and we want YOU to be a part of it!!! This program is scheduled for Saturday, October 19, from 7:00 am to 11:00 am.

Florence Makes a Difference Day is a vibrant event that offers a variety of projects for residents and volunteers to participate in. From local clean-up to beautification, and everything in between, there’s something for everyone! Projects may include cleaning, painting, collecting litter, digging, planting, etc.

• Do you have project ideas for this day that your group or organization would like to oversee? Come to our in-person kickoff meeting on Tuesday, September 10, at 5:30 pm at the Florence Community Center.
