The Town of Florence is excited to announce the launch of Polco (www.polco.us), an innovative online engagement platform that will allow residents to provide feedback regarding the Town as well as a variety of quality of life metrics. By partnering with Polco, the Town of Florence is striving to make public participation easier and more transparent for our residents.
To participate, residents can visit the following link: https://polco.us/sfp8g2, which will be available for the next week until January 11. There, responses can be provided via the online form or Polco’s app. Once complete, participants will be asked to provide their ZIP code to confirm they are a Town resident. All responses will remain anonymous and any personal information provided will be securely stored by Polco.
When completing the survey, residents can also choose to provide an email address, which will allow the Town to contact them with future surveys or questions and keep them in the loop regarding the Town’s direction and future priorities. This service is free to all residents. Polco is committed to a strict privacy policy—they only share anonymous, combined results. Participants’ individual data and votes will never be shared with the Town.
