JOB SUMMARY:
Protects life and property through emergency incident response by performing firefighting and rescue scene activities; may respond to emergency calls for specialized services such as hazardous materials, confined-space rescue, extrication, and technical rescue. Administers emergency medical treatment utilizing accepted guidelines of basic and advanced life support procedures in treating the sick and injured (based on level of emergency medical certification).

Education: High School graduate or GED
Valid State Driver’s License: Yes
Ability to Read/Speak English: Yes
College: Preferred not required

Necessary Certifications
-Valid AZ EMT or Paramedic certification                                                   
-Valid Completion of CPAT or proof of completion of a CPAT within the last 12 months
