Come to the library and community center at 1:00 pm on Saturday, March 10 for the Florence Community Library’s monthly movie discussion. The library’s March movie presentation will focus on stories of true-life heroism, followed by a showing of a recent major motion picture!
From its very early days, film has been used to tell stories of real life heroes, from famous figures to everyday people who achieved the extraordinary. We will discuss some notable movies about real life heroes, with examples drawn from different points in film history. The discussion will be followed by a FREE showing of a recent, critically acclaimed motion picture!
Popcorn and water will be available free while supplies last. You are welcome to bring snacks and soft drinks to the show!
