Police Records and Request

To make the process of obtaining reports easier for you, please follow these steps:

 

Submit Your Request: You have three convenient options to obtain the request forms:
In Person: Visit the Records Department located in the lobby of the Police Department.
By Fax: Call 520-868-7643 to request the report be sent to you via fax.

Online: Click the link below

 

Processing Time: Reports require a minimum of five (5) business days to process (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your report is ready and available for release, you have the following options to receive it:
Mail: Have the report sent directly to your mailing address.
Email: Receive a digital copy via email for quicker access.
Pick-Up: Collect the report in person at our office.
Please be aware that certain reports may need a court order for release.

 

Fees:
Non-Confidential Reports: $5.00 (Free for victims)
Traffic Accident Reports: $5.00

Payment Options: We currently accept the following methods of payment:
Credit/Debit Cards: Please note that a small processing fee may apply.
Money Orders: A secure and reliable payment option.
Checks: Personal or business checks are accepted.
