As Division Chief in Europe, Tony managed $350 million in sales and over 2,000 operations, establishing facilities to support troops in Afghanistan and Iraq. He collaborated with high-ranking military officials, including four-star generals, ensuring efficient, high-quality services were available to service members worldwide. After retiring from AAFES, Tony served as Executive Vice President for Western Operations at American Facility Services Group, overseeing operations across five states and managing key relationships with clients like Wells Fargo, UPS, and Jackson Airport.

Tony Bencina is happily married to Rose Bencina, and together they have six children, fourteen grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. With a father in the Air Force, Tony experienced frequent relocations, moving seven times during his childhood and fifteen more times during his career. In 2021, Tony and Rose moved to Sun City Merrill Ranch, where they have embraced the community and its many offerings. Pickleball has become Tony’s favorite pastime, and he plays six to seven days a week.
