Florence, AZ – The Town of Florence is excited to announce that starting on Friday, September 5, residents are invited to share their thoughts, feedback, and suggestions through the town’s 2025 Communications Survey Engage Florence. This online survey is now open on the Town’s survey platform, Polco, and will remain available through Thursday, October 2. It takes just 5–7 minutes to complete.

When taking the survey, residents will be asked how they currently receive Town news and updates, what information is most important to them, and what features they would like to see as Florence prepares for a major website redesign. The results will guide a new communications strategy and help the Town improve how it connects with the community.

“Enhancing town communications is one of our Council’s top priorities this fiscal year,” said Town Manager Bruce Walls. “This survey gives us a chance to listen. We want to know how you find information, what tools you use, and how we can make it easier for you to stay connected to your Town.”

Whether it’s updates about community events, road closures, public safety alerts, or local projects, residents’ feedback will directly shape how the Town delivers timely, clear, and useful information in the future.

“Communication works best when it reflects the people we’re serving,” said Jeff Graves, Communications & Intergovernmental Relations Manager. “By taking a few minutes to complete the survey, you’ll be helping us build a stronger connection between the Town and our community. This effort will help us meet residents where they are and provide more timely, relevant information to our community.”

The survey is available now at https://polco.us/sh5nxs and will remain open through Thursday, October 2. Residents are encouraged to share their input and help guide the future of town communications.
