Jessica Beck has performed in a manner that distinguishes herself from others.  As a team member of the Human Resources Department, she is the catalyst to employee programs that improve morale and inspire teamwork.  Jessica was a key member in putting together the Town Employee Barbeque, from designing programing to purchasing/cooking food for a team of over 100 people inspiring esprit de corps.  The event went off flawlessly with comments surpassing an outstanding indicator—the fun and smiles on our employee’s faces show her true commitment to ensuring the team’s wellbeing.  She has been our front-runner to employee sponsorship; every person we hire goes through her—solid decision-making which has contributed to the overall success of this agency.  Truly remarkable!  Jessica is an exceptional employee who has demonstrated there is no task to big for her to accomplish—in fact she wants more!  Highly deserving of Power Performer August 2025.  Well done!
