I am pleased to recognize Brian Turcotte as our newest Power Performer for January 2026. In a recent meeting between the Town of Florence and the American Leadership Academy (ALA) regarding hazardous traffic flow, it was determined that a circulation analysis needed to be performed to allow the group an opportunity to review data and make decisions about corrective measures.

Brian was contacted and quickly made himself available to provide unmanned aircraft data analysis over the affected area. He singlehandedly put together a presentation for the group within hours, which impressed the entire team. Brian’s work was instrumental in redirecting traffic into both the ALA Elementary and High School, helping to eliminate safety concerns for our kids and parents. Outstanding.

This is just one example that represents Brian’s continual efforts in building teams and relationships. He consistently strives for excellence in everything he does and represents the Town exceptionally, always with a community-first mindset. He is the clear choice for Power Performer for January 2026.
