Albert Monroe (AJ) has proved himself in short duration as an expert in several areas outside the position he was hired. Recognizing his attributes he quickly became a trusted resource in helping the Town Manager navigate critical issues surrounding our Wastewater Plants, transportation critical infrastructure, and utilities. His foresight led to improved operations in several divisions, not only fixing outstanding issues but assisting in hiring personnel capable of continuing the positive direction he started. AJ’s leadership led to improve morale not only among Town employees but with our citizens. His one-on-one approach to meeting our Town folks in the field to understand their concerns was an unpracticed previous experience—now it’s a common approach. AJ will not say much and does not bask in accolade, he simply wants to lead with excellent customer service focused on getting the job done!
