Power Performer for the Month of March 2026 is Lindsey Randall. Lindsey was influential in assisting with all aspects of design and construction for the new Attaway Road/Hunt Highway intersection. Her multiple hours of work and leadership ensured this project was accomplished on time and subsequently eliminated a backlog of traffic in four directions that has been a contentious point of Town complaint for years.

Lindsey’s commitment to revitalizing relationships within the Town not only ensured a smooth process for this project but continues to garner the partnership and helping hand that gets things accomplished without needless bureaucracy. Her assistance with public notification ensured our populace was made aware of when roadwork would be accomplished. This, along with providing alternate travel routes, ensured minimal complaint, outstanding in this effort, and our residents showed their appreciation with vehicle horn honking when they traveled through the intersection, impressive! 

This roadway project has been talked about for many years and never completed for a myriad of reasons. Along came Lindsey and through her leadership this job was completed in a matter of months, put an X in the box, this one is done! Oh, I forgot to mention she is frugal with taxpayer dollars, saving the Town over $10M+ with this undertaking, she’s a winner! Lindsey is a rising star in this organization and, simply put, unquestionably my selection for Power Performer March 2026.
