Florence, AZ – The Florence Police Department continues its investigation into the February 2, 2025, shooting incident near Hunt Highway and Highway 79.
On February 5, Trever Talbott was arrested and booked into the Pinal County Jail on the following charges:
- ARS 13-1204A.2 – Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon
- ARS 13-1204A.1 – Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Injury
- ARS 13-1209A – Drive-by Shooting
- ARS 13-2904A.6 – Disorderly Conduct
The victim, Justin Miller, remains in critical condition and on life support.
