There are many methods for improving your health and fitness. One of the oldest and most effective is Yoga which is an excellent way to build strength, reduce stress, and rejuvenate your body. Hour-long classes are now offered by Florence Community Services Department this month and ongoing at Padilla Park. Mondays and Wednesdays are offered at the following times: Slow Flow Yoga is offered Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Yoga for body awareness is offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The following COVID-19 protocols will be in place; participants temperatures checked before class begins, social distancing, and masks recommended when going to and from class.
