Butts and Guts Exercise Class

While it’s been proven that spot reducing is not possible, you can perform a variety of exercises to help tone those trouble areas.  From October 1st through November 26th, the Town of Florence Fitness Center is offering a class that focuses on toning your Gluteus and Abdominal muscles – or in layman’s terms – your Butts and Guts. 

The fee is FREE to Fitness Center Members and $10 per month for non-members. The class is held on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 7:00pm, at the Fitness Center, located at 133 N. Main Street.  

Registration is open to ages 16 years and older. Wear something comfortable, and get ready to “Feel the Burn”!  For more information, please contact Laura Kinney at 520-868-7587.
