The Florence Community Library’s 2018 Summer Reading Program continues with Didgeridoo Down Under. Come to the library Friday, June 8 at 6:00 pm for this high-energy show with an Australian theme!

The didgeridoo, usually a hollow tree trunk, has been played by Aboriginal Australians for at least 1,500 years, and is known for its otherworldly sound. Didgeridoo Down Under uses the didgeridoo as a gateway to Australian culture, in a program that combines music, puppetry, comedy, storytelling, and audience participation!

This free program is open to all ages, and will be held at the Florence Library and Community Center. For more information, or to sign up, please contact the library at (520) 868 – 8311.
