Fire up the grill and wear your favorite football team’s jersey to the first annual Father and Son Tailgate Party. The event, presented by Florence Parks and Recreation Department, is Saturday, November 2, 2013 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at Heritage Park.
Fathers and sons are encouraged to participate in this fun and competitive event. There will be a Cornhole tournament, music, prizes and much more. Also, bring your grill and showcase your culinary skills.
Registration for this event is only $20.00 per couple and $5 for each additional son. Register at the Parks and Recreation Department, located at 132 N. Bailey Street, or online at www.florenceaz.gov/parks. The deadline to register is Friday, October 25.
