The fourth annual Holiday Hoedown is Thursday, December 19th from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Florence Community Center. Designed for seniors, 55 years and older, the event includes music, dancing, food and fun. The Florence Teen Council and the Dorothy Nolan Senior Center have combined efforts to present this holiday event. Admission fee is only $5 but pre-registration is required by Friday, December 13th. Register at the Dorothy Nolan Senior at 330 N. Pinal Street or at the Library and Community Center, 778 N. Main Street. Dinner, which will be served by Kiss the Chef Catering, is from 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. followed by music and dancing from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. For more information, call the senior center at (520) 868-7622.
