The Florence community is invited and encouraged to complete a survey to help create an Active Transportation Plan. The plan will analyze bicycle and pedestrian traffic along with the connectivity between destinations throughout Florence. Once completed, the plan will develop policies and procedures to create a safe and efficient bicycle and pedestrian traffic system. The plan will also identity safety concerns and recommend design solutions. Results from the survey will help planners evaluate and prioritize short to long term improvements. The survey is located on the Town of Florence’s web site at www.florenceaz.gov/active-transportation-plan/.
