Everyone wants value for their hard-earned money and Florence Parks and Recreation understands the importance of stretching consumer dollars.

The average price per day for parents to send their children to the After School Enrichment Program is $1.26.  That is less than the cost of an order of french fries.

The After School Program is designed for children in kindergarten through the sixth grade.  Children participate in arts and crafts, games, sports, movies and also receive help with their homework.   The program runs daily from school dismissal to 5:30 p.m.

The program offers a supervised, constructive environment which is also a great bargain.  The fee is based upon family income and is paid per semester (91 program days).  Children must be registered prior to attending the program.  Registration and fee payment (adjusted gross income from the most recent tax return is needed) may be made at the Florence Parks and Recreation Department located at 132 N. Bailey Street.
