Enjoy a brief discussion and a free movie at the Florence Community Library!

The library will hold its April movie discussion on Saturday, April 20 at 1:00 pm, as we look at movies based on true stories… films that in telling those stories, take some significant liberties with the facts. We’ll look at some notable examples of fact-based films, and ways in which true stories are changed when being brought to the screen.

The presentation will be followed by a FREE showing of a recent, Oscar-winning motion picture, with subtitles enabled for the hearing impaired. Popcorn and water will be available free while supplies last. Feel free to bring snacks and soft drinks to the show!

For title information, or to sign up, please contact the library at (520) 868 – 8311.
