Those interested in working at the aquatics center next summer, should attend the Aquatics Job Fair on Tuesday, December 11th from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Florence Library and Community Center. This event will educate those interested in working at the aquatic center, what opportunities are available as well as job expectations. In addition to employing a pool manager, head guards, lifeguards, swim instructors and cashiers, the Department also needs junior lifeguards, ages 12 to 15 years old. Applications for working the 2019 summer swim season will be accepted. The community center is located at 778 N. Main Street.
