Those interested in working at the aquatics center next summer, should attend the Aquatics Job Fair on Thursday, January 10th from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Florence Library and Community Center. Job opportunities, expectations and the application process with be discussed. In addition to employing a pool manager, head guards, lifeguards, swim instructors and cashiers, the Department also needs junior lifeguards, ages 12 to 15 years old. Applications for working the 2019 summer swim season will be accepted. The community center is located at 778 N. Main Street.
