The Florence Parks and Recreation Department is pleased to announce the return of its evening exercise classes. While it has been proven that spot reducing is not possible, you can perform a variety of exercises to help tone those trouble areas. In September and October, we will focus on the gluteus and abdominal muscles – or in layman’s term – Butts & Guts.
The class is free to Fitness Center Members and $10 per month for non-members. The class will be held on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm to 7:00pm at the Fitness Center on 133 N. Main St. Registration is open to ages 16 years and older. Wear comfortable exercise clothing and get ready to “Feel the Burn”!
