Celebrate the holidays with Christmas movies and programs at the Florence Community Library!

With the holiday season coming up fast, the Florence Community Library invites the public to enjoy some fun, free activities.  On Friday, December 21 at 1:00pm, the library is screening a holiday movie favorite.  The film is shown on the big screen in the library’s programming room, and popcorn is available to all!

The fun continues on Monday, December 24, at 10:00am.  The library invites all children and their caregivers to a “Polar Express” party.  Wear your favorite pajamas and slippers, and enjoy a special reading of Chris Van Allburg’s classic story, “The Polar Express”.  Scrumptious cookies and hot chocolate are available, and there are games and crafts to add to the fun.  Activities are followed by a holiday movie, with popcorn available.

All activities are free.  Due to licensing restrictions, movie title information is available only by visiting the library or by calling (520) 868-8311.  Seating is limited, so we strongly encourage you to call to register.

We wish everyone a Merry Christmas!
