The third in a series of Friday Concerts in the Park is Friday, February 15th at Padilla Park. Rusted Spurs West is a cowboy western swing trio and will perform from 5:15 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. There is no charge to attend. Padilla Park is located at 77 W. Ruggles Street or just west of the Silver King Marketplace.
