Do You Want to Run for a Seat on the Town Council?

Florence residents interested in running for one of three Town Council seats in 2014 can begin picking up candidate packets on March 28, 2014.   Packets are available at Town Hall, located at 755 N. Main Street, Florence Arizona, in the Town Clerk’s Office.   Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding holidays. 

Each packet provides all the information necessary to run for one of three Town Council seats.

The first day to file candidate paperwork is April 28, 2014, at 8:00 am.  The last day to file candidate paperwork is May 28, 2014.  The Primary Election is scheduled for August 26, 2014, and the General Election is scheduled for November 4, 2014.  All terms for Town Council begin in December, 2014 and run for four years.
