The Florence Community Library invites children of all ages and their caregivers to Early Release activities!
Thursday, February 8 and Friday, February 9 will be Early Release days for the Florence Unified School District. Come to the Town of Florence Library and Community Center at 2 pm on these days to help fill the long afternoons with some fun!
Thursday, February 8 at 2 pm, the library will show a Family Flick. Enjoy a free showing of a family-friendly film that will be fun for all ages. Feel free to bring snacks and soft drinks to the show!
Friday, February 9 at 2 pm, join Ms. Gloria for a special Valentine’s Craft! Children and their caregivers will use paper and cardstock to create a heart wreath and a Valentine’s Day pop-up card. Children will leave with a Valentine’s gift all set to give to someone special! All materials needed to complete these crafts will be provided.
