Our warmer spring weather means Florence Community Services Department’s annual Eggstravaganza is almost here. This year’s event is on Saturday, April 13th from 9:00 a.m. to Noon at Heritage Park. The Pinal County Mounted Posse is offering a pancake breakfast for only $2 or $3 for pancakes and a drink. The egg hunt begins at 11:30 a.m. and is designed from children 12 years and younger. New this year is a resource fair offering information about a variety of services in Pinal County from the various organizations and agencies. The event is presented by the Town of Florence, the Mounted Posse, Mosaic Church, Dorothy Nolan Senior Center and the Pinal County Attorney’s Office.   Heritage Park is located at 600 N. Main Street, just south of the Library and Community Center. For more information, please call (520) 868-7589.
