Elementary-aged children now have more to do than just sit around the house during fall break.  The Florence Parks and Recreation Department has organized a Fall Fun program that will take place on Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm during the break.

Children can participate in various activities from physical pursuits to art and crafts, games and more.   The program is held at the Florence K-8 school located at 225 S. Orlando Street.  Each day is a new adventure filled with fun and excitement. Fall Fun is available to children in kindergarten through the sixth grade.

The registration fee must be paid at the Parks and Recreation Office, located at 132 N. Bailey Street, prior to attending Fall Fun.  Fees are based on resident or non-resident status and the most recent tax return.  Fees range from $20 to $75 per child per week.

For more information, contact the parks and recreation office at (520) 868-7589.
