With lights flashing and sirens blaring, the Fantastic Fire Department is coming to the Florence Community Library!

Children of all ages and their caregivers are invited to the library at 11:00 am on Saturday, June 1.  The Arizona-based Fantastic Fire Department will kick off the library’s 2019 Summer Reading Program with their specially-modified, interactive fire truck.  Children can dress up as junior firefighters and explore every knob, button, nook and cranny.  Participants will be able to spray the fire hose and play with kid-friendly fire extinguishers, squirting fire hydrants, and more!

This program is free and open to the public, and will be held at the Florence Library and Community Center on Saturday, June 1.  For more information, or to sign up, please contact the library at (520) 868 – 8311.
