Fine Art for Teens

Florence teens are encouraged to register for free Fine Art for Teens classes on Fridays, June 15^th and 29th at the Suter House, located at 270 N. Pinal Street.  A partnership between the Town of Florence Arts and Culture Commission and the Florence Industrial Development Authority, Inc., created these classes designed to teach teens from 12 years old and up, sketching, acrylics, calligraphy and water color.  Supplies are also free.  The classes are from 9:30 a.m. to noon.  Pre-registration is required though at www.florenceaz.gov or at the Florence Community Center, 778 N. Main Street.  Deadline to register is Wednesday, June 13^th.  For more information, contact Florence Community Services at (520) 868-7589.
