Futsal League – Variant of Soccer

A modified version of soccer, titled Futsal is offered from Monday, October 8^th to Friday, November 16^th.  Futsal is played on a hard, indoor court between two teams of five players each.  The rules favor ball control, passing and rapid play.  The program is open to children in first through eighth grades and held at Florence High School and the Anthem K-8 School.   The end-of-the-season tournament is held in November.  Coaches are also needed for this league.  Register online at www.florenceaz.gov/parks-and-recreation or at the Community Center at 778 N.
