“The Junk Lady” returns to the Florence Community Library!
Patrons ages 18 and up are invited to a workshop Friday, June 7 at 3:00 pm. Shari Keith, aka “The Junk Lady,” will guide participants in creating their own “story necklaces.” Use a variety of small objects to create a necklace that’s meaningful to you! Basic materials will be provided, and the instructor will bring her amazing treasure trove of small found objects for you to use in your creation. If you have items of your own that you wish to include, you are welcome bring them. No jewelry-making experience is necessary, but the project does require the ability to use pliers.
