The Florence Community Library invites you to an AZ Humanities presentation on Friday, April 5 at 5:30 pm.
The library will host Dr. Matthew Goodwin, a Senior Lecturer in NAU’s Philosophy Department and co-founder of SPEX: The Sedona Philosophy Experience, which offers guided hikes and retreats in Sedona and northern Arizona. Dr. Goodwin will discuss Climate and Moral Responsibility in Arizona, focusing on climate change not just as a scientific problem, but as an ethical challenge as well. He will also be available to answer questions after the presentation.
