Learn how to Protect Yourself Online at a special library Tech Class on Tuesday, January 22 at 2:00 pm.

 

Join Shawn Flecken, Emerging Technologies Librarian for the Pinal County Library District, for an hour-long course about online safety. This program will provide tips for recognizing and avoiding online pitfalls, including: spam, phishing, virus-laden website pop-ups, ransomware, and other digital nefariousness.  Feel free to bring your laptop or tablet to follow along with examples given.  Audience questions and participation are actively encouraged!
