“Fizz! Boom! Read” will continue at the Florence Community Library.  The second week of activities will continue to focus on science.

On Monday, June 9th, the second set of trivia handouts are available for children and young adults. On Tuesday at 2:00 pm, the library is hosting video games for teens, ages 13 and up.  On Wednesday at 10:00 am, there is Family Storytime, with Bonnie Verburg & Mark Teague’s “The Tree House that Jack Built”- bring your favorite animal!  On Thursday at 2:00 pm, families design their own Rubik’s cube craft.  On Friday, the library is showing a family movie at 1:00 pm.  There is free popcorn and drink.

Adults can have fun with summer reading, too.  Adults receive an entry for weekly prize drawings for each book read.  Additional prizes are given for book reviews, which are posted in a binder in the library!
