Water will be the focus of the Florence Community Library’s November movie presentation. Come to the library on Saturday, November 3 at 1:00 pm for a brief discussion, followed by a FREE showing of a major motion picture!

The Smithsonian on Main Street Water/Ways exhibition will be in Florence from November 17 – December 31. This month’s presentation will tie in with the exhibition, discussing different ways water has been portrayed on film – Sometimes as a threat, sometimes as a source of life or even wealth, and sometimes as a world unto itself.

Join us for a brief discussion of water on film, followed by a free showing of an acclaimed motion picture based on a best selling novel! Popcorn and water will be available free while supplies last. You are welcome to bring snacks and soft drinks to the show!

This program will be held at the Town of Florence Library and Community Center.  For title information, or to sign up, please contact the library at (520) 868 – 8311.
