Florence Community Services Department is presenting its second in a series of POWWOW events on Saturday, December 21st from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The Town partnered with Borderlands Produce Rescue which is a non-profit organization whose focus is to “rescue” excess produce from growers and distribute to the public at an affordable price. Customers to POWWOW will be able to purchase up to 70 pounds of produce for only $12.00 (cash only). The event is in the Aquatic Center/Community Center Parking Lot at 778 N. Main Street.
