If you are interested in creative crafting, the Town of Florence Parks and Recreation Department has the ideal class for you: “As Seen on Pinterest” is held on the second Thursday of each month.
Join us and make the latest Pinterest projects. Each month we offer a different craft, and we provide all the supplies. February’s project, just in time for Valentine’s Day, is heart string art on distressed wood and the cost is only $10.
Participants are asked to bring in their own hammers for this project.

The class is on Thursday, February 13th from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Dorothy Nolan Senior Center, located at 330 N. Pinal Street in Florence.
Registration is open to ages 12 years and older (those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult). The registration deadline is Friday, February 7th.
